IE7 Test - Fixed Elements vs. Sibling Floats

The Bug is Triggered in This Demo

This Content Div is Floated Right.

IE7 will not render the fixed element with a sibling float and a sibling element with "haslayout" that has been cleared.

When "haslayout" and clear:both; are set it triggers the IE7 AP bug.
